Man I love these videos so much, just for the general goofing around hahah, I mean the Hifi is a plus 😂

I love the idea of this comparison. Andrew Jones' latest realization of his audio journey (still affordably priced compared to his TAD speakers) pitted against a speaker more than a few have said hits more of a modern balance of old school 3-ways than, say, JBL's re-introduced L-100 (that's pretty heady territory). Great stuff! Lenny, you are living the dream!

Dude, i could go either way on these speakers man both very nice. The Leaks sound alot better than I thought they would

Peter Comeau designed the Supder Dentons and Sandwich speakers too. Would like to hear a comparison between the Sandwich 150 and Super Denton to see difference between a good 2way vs 3way.

I think the Leaks sound more detailed than the source points. Both sound good but I prefer the Leaks.

I have the 8s purchased from your great store. I realize they’re smaller but it’s basically the same son. Right now they’re paired with a Rogue Sphinx V2. They sound really really great. Think about maybe talking to Rogue. It’s cool stuff. Btw, what have you done with Spencer?

This is the only video on youtube that I can 100% tell the difference between the two. I think the Mofi are louder too. But this is Speaker. Other comparisons that I listened to were microphone, DAC, amp, ect... I like the fuller sound of MOFI.

I would like to hear the Leak 230 with the Wharfedale 250 speakers. The Leak is more in my price range. Thanks Lenny.

I have the 10's, wouldn't trade them for anything! Run them with a Marantz 2270 and other times with a tube amp and they sound amazing with both. BTW, I think the 10's are old school beautiful!

I can almost always tell the difference between a 2 way and a 3 way speaker. 2 way usually has a little more V curve to them

In every comparison you have done in the last week the Accuphase has been the dominant source. I like the Leaks better than the Sourcepoints. Again I think the Leaks are more coherent top to bottom. I think the bass sounds a little boomy and disengaged from the rest of the sound in the Sourcepoints.
I guess I'm just not a bass freak.

Am I shallow for insisting that my stereo gear has to look pretty? I would have to go with the Leak speakers and the beautiful Accuphase amplifier. If somebody offered me the best sounding system in the universe and it was ugly, I wouldn't want it. LOL

Guys, I love ya, but that's a very live, reverberant room, with multiple red flags as far as acoustically. Not suggesting you have to go crazy, but... add some reasonable amount of absorbtive and diffusive surfaces in that room, and your reproduction will be light-years better.
All that great gear, and it sounds like you are playing music inside of a friggin' submarine.
Sorry, but tough love fact guys: that listening room sounds like total crap. One can plainly hear the problematic reverberation and smearing going on ---ugh...
    Fix it fellas! Seriously....
