I set my shadow quality on 0 but when i load the game it automatically puts it back on
make ur gta5 settings read only by pressing the file once> right click>priorities> check read only.

@@NotDarwan go into your fivem directory and make the file read only like he said... right click - properties - check the box saying read only ... this means the game cannot change values, it only reads it.

put ur thing at 5:3 or 3:4 or 3:3 and make ur resolution low like 1080 something or 1280x1080 or 1080x1024
