A roll up garage door installed sideways would be a better gate. And takes less space at the corner. Would require a wheel at bottom of gate to roll on floor. Could be motorized or manual.

vanaja kumar : it's reverse of what we normally see. Rollers are on ground and channel moves with gate. There is another video that explains it.

Where can I get blue prints?
Usually you have to buy them from a company or have engineer make you some. U can also buy blue prints off ebay.
