Always rad, Finch! What blue pen was that you were using after the brush pen? Seems to have alot of variation which is nice. Im always holding like 5 pens at a time for variations in weight but that one is nice and versitile!
Hi there, i just wanted to express how amazing your work is, its quite inspiring... Very unique in your own way, and i love how you explain a lot of details in helping even novice artist.. I have a suggestion if ok with you, i was wondering if you might be interested in doing one off pieces of art on blank cover comic books.. I thought this might be quite exciting giving your expertise.. Thanks Chris
Hey David. I‘m thinking about quitting art because I suck at it so bad. I‘ve spent years studying but I always draw things so off as if I have no sense of style. Is quitting the right decision sometimes?
I feel the same sometimes... but when I draw stuff, in 10 attempts, 9 suck but one is actually decent lol, so I think it's a matter of practice... Keep practicing more. One mistake I did was skipping the basics... I tried to jump it and go straight to draw batman... I had no idea of anatomy and shadows and lightning, etc... Anyway, I won't give up, hope you don't as well. Hopefully more people can give you pieces of advice. Cheers.
I much prefer your other cohost- Eric is a gentleman, not near so suffocating & you can get a word in edge wise. He even likes comics & knows about them, like yourself - have a great one & love your work. Spawn would be a good comic for you, or swamp thing
Somebody said forearm muscles, and I got excited, cause I thought they said four arm muscles, like a character having four arms. How would that really work tho anatomically?...
Big fan of Greg Capullo and The Creech! As expected, you nailed it
Have all the issues, always hoped he’d return to the series with some new issues in time. It’s so amazing!
For any of you looking for the mini-tutorials, here they are:
Season 1 artbook (I don't know if it counts): 14:22
Forearm muscles: 40:17
thank you, I'm always looking for this comment after the stream
I'd love to watch a dedicated tutorial on the muscles of the arms and legs
As always - great stream and amazing drawing 💪🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Practice! Practice!! Practice!!! Don't be hard on yourself. Take it slow. Be patient. Dont rush. Be calm when you do it. Flow with it.
have you tried working on your weaknesses for a time. like draw 5 figures every day for a month or something like that 🙂
cool 😎
Son-of-a-bit- I've been trying to get him to draw Creech for a LONGGGGGGGG time, and I missed it.
So where can I order your Monday Night Draw Book please... ?
🔥🔥🔥
I'm with you Meredith, if it smells bad I don't eat it cause it does taste bad - I've tested it 🤢

How to buy your original art.
Biggest take away this stream.... Dave is a Megadeth fan! I'd say do a Vic Rattlehead drawing but.... Thanks for another great steam.
