I always have trouble playing sitting far back (one arm length), so when I lean forward I aim much better but it is really putting a strain on my back and neck when I do. From your webcam it doesn't look like you are close to your monitor.

Him playing in the bronze will not teach anything, because only his raw mechanical skills would make him win all the time, same in silver and gold. If you are stuck under diamond, don't try to imitate perfectly a t500 player, you can improve so much by just getting better at fundamentals (placement, timing, ...) I can recommend you the Awkward's channel who really talk about the importance of fundamentals (i am gm if you want to know)
