@@paulcomptonpdphotography lol no mate we were in the red scoda yeti as you were just across the bridge at the small waterfalls looked like you were all having a great day All the very best
the crazy group of photographers on tour again. Taking nice photos in good weather is easy. Taking good photos in bad weather is an art that you have once again succeeded in doing. Greetings from Germany also at Mrs. C.😉🙋♂️
Length and time of the video's don't matter you keep shooting and we will keep watching! Scotland and Glencoe always delivers no matter what your capabilities in photography are or what equipment you use places like Glencoe are just wonderful to see. You done brilliant in the rain and the pictures you showed us were well worth the effort, you must have been very tired at the end of the day. Does anybody live in Blackrock cottage these days? In days gone by all the best settings for you camera and where to stand were written on the Rock nearby! Yes a wonderful place to be with a camera! Roll on part two. Thank you and Mrs C for taking us with you again.
Like long video. Love the location with a good pictures .and the best photo from your video is Mrs C & you show the love to is.ssy hello to your wife please. Thank you again from Amnon in NYC.
First class video, Paul. It reminds me of my stay at the Kings House Hotel in 2019. Unfortunately, the weather was too good. 10 days of bright blue skies and almost no clouds ;-(( Many greetings Wolfgang
Excellent despite the weather Paul. I once asked another photographer in the Coe where the classic spot was for the "Buckle" waterfall, he said park by the bridge you can't miss where all the tripod feet have stood! By the way I visited the Welsh Slate Mill near Tremadoc the other day, classic and had a wet walk up to the quarry
This was so good that even though it was 35 minutes long I've now watched it twice. Awesome images from a stunningly picturesque part of the world and I suspect that one might make it into your next years calendar. ELVA (EPIC Landscape Vlogtogrophy Adventures) 📷🥇👍
Yes location location locations as they say but I cant say much more than what has been said already just "Fabulous" 30 mins 60 mins 90 mins dosnt matter as the content is full of great shots and facts ,Look forward to day 3.
One complaint, that big pointy mountain is not called the Buchaille Mountain! It is called Stob Dearg, pronounced Stop Jerrack. It has a Sister mountain called Stob na Broige. These two mountains make up what is called the Buchaille Etive Mor. Pity the weather was not a bit kinder. Getting further down Loch Etive then looking back up Glen Etive can be an awesome sight. Still, you managed to pull some shots out of the bag.
@@paulcomptonpdphotography I know, it's bloody annoying, because enough people call it by the wrong name it sticks. Bit like the letter H, even news readers say haitch, it's not it's Aitch! but so many get it wrong and they think they're right.
Good shots all round considering the conditions. What you were actually shooting was Stob Dearg above the Coupall falls. The Buachailles (the Shepherds, plural ) form the side walls of the glen that the Coupall flows out of slightly further north (the MacIains kept their cattle up there, hence shepherds). I got one of my favourite shots of my youngest daughter gathering Bog Myrtle (midge repellant) with crepuscular rays streaming over the Stob (means 'stick' but probably the concept of a gatepost of an entranceway is appropriate) late one summer evening. Don't worry about the length of videos when you're covering multiple sites, if it was just one site it might seem long.
Great vlog Paul, loved your image at 32.40 outstanding!
Awesome, thank you!

Great video, I’m not sure about the colours in the Fuji. I think I preferred your images when you shot on Cannon.
