The explanation to that is slightly complicated. From what I know Ra''s runs the League of Assassins in the comics. The League of Shadows is a name often given to Ra's group in other media like cartoons and movies due to not wanting to use the name Assassin for one reason or another. As far as comics continuity I am not sure there has been a seperate League of Shadows before now
They are a lot of theories behind rebirth like Dr Manhattan and Mr Oz and what he is doing I can't wait to find out.

I legit teared up when Red Robin died. It really got to me when Batman was holding Steph and it looked like he was crying too. HUGE sigh of relief when it turned out that Tim wasn't dead.

Man, they killed my favourite Robin... I mean he sacrificed himself and all, but why did DC treat him like shit for the past couple years? No good story arc, up until now. Hopefully he comes back to the "real" universe, not this alternate one. But overall this is an alright story so far

I saw an interview with the writer and he stated that Tim is the Robin he grew up reading and that he is his favorite Bat Family Member. So we will probably be seeing more of him soon.
That last scene with batman was heartbreaking. This is why batman is one of the most loved superheroes.

Or "Oz"ymandias somehow survived, that's my guess. Dr. Manhattan wouldn't wear any clothing, I know it my sound silly, but if I remember correctly Doctor did not wear any clothing after his transformation as he understood they are meaningless in the great scope of the mystery of the universe.

No they weren't, the scene cuts to Mars but the dialogue was taken from the end of watchmen, a call back the their last talks in oz's remote hideaway.

I'm calling it right now, Mr. Oz is actually fucking Batmite from The Brave and the Bold. He thought it would be cool to see Thomas Wayne as Batman, so he caused Flashpoint, he wanted to see some changes to his favorite characters, so he caused New 52, he didn't like Superman in New 52, so he killed him off and replaced him with the old one, but then decided to just change everything for the better and created DC Rebirth and now he has Doomsday and Tim Drake as his toys, cheeky bastard

That is a great story line. What would be an even sweeter if Batman was made love sweet sweet love to Robin's girlfriend as he comforter to her. A new beginning of many nights of lovemaking. And then put that little girl to work washing his uniforms making her useful again
