Brilliant idea. Just fitted mine. I did however use some tread lock blue just to secure the 2 little screws from vibrating loose. However as I’m sure you who did this before me. It’s tight. So I undid the intercooler house and even so still had to install it 1 handed. There iWasnt any other way without removing components and or sending it to the garage. Thanks for sharing x8r.

Looks like the miracle cure for my 2010 reg Renault Master semi auto gear change. Not sure yet🧐🧐. The failure mode is it intermittently fails to go into gear at startup. Will this fit? I’m ringing you guys tomorrow. El Dragon.
1. panic gears not working nissan primastar 2.ask a garage who give you a crazy price to replace cable as they say its the only fix 3. after asking friends and praying for a miracle i look up youtube and type in problem and see the fix ( 8XR ) and ask is this to good to be true 4. look up company find number ring the number speak in a desperate voice but after seconds realize this company really do have the answer and explain that i can fit this my self its that easy 5. order product 8XR cant believe its that cheap confirm price again in case price is more after given card number paid extra for delivery to Ireland paid for express delivery hung up still a bit anxious will it work on my van 6. 2 days later parcel delivered as promised opened it like it was Xmas toook out a very well made two stainless pieces of engineering 7. took out instructions read 3 times went out to van opened bonnet looked into were it said problem was had small screw driver pair of surgical gloves and small pkt of wipes looked at watch 9.00am started 9.20am fitted job done 8.van working 100% so Nissan there is a cheaper and better repair AND ANYONE CAN DO IT THANK YOU TO THE STAFF IN X8R

i cant engage 5th gear now in my 2005 Vivaro, would this solve it.?
