    Thank you so much for the video, my sister is a coffee lover like you and she's been wanting to upgrade the Hario Slim grinder you use. I think i'll get this c3 as birthday gift

    06:38 I would advise you not to do that as that's the finer particles of the coffee which what would cause the bitterness, in fact all of the statics that caught the fines and husk is not necessarily a bad thing as alternatively you'd have to siff them. I have a C3 pro, and have now compared the flavored from C3 pro, JX Pro and Mazzer Zm Grinder. I found The Obviously ZM has the best clarity, sweetness, acidity, But the JX pro when dialed in correctly would still have good sweetness, nice acidity presentation and some level of clarity, albeit with minimum flavour separation. The C3 s2c burr when not dialed in correctly is not super forgiving, it's bitter, lack sweetness and somehow lacks acidity, That's my C3 pro stays as my travel grinder but am actually considering the new 1zpresso q2 as my travel grinder.

      Chestnut C3 is the latest entry level of Timemore grinder. I recommend their Chestnut X model that can compete with Comandante.

    What is the name of your scales? It is not Black Miror, i saw it recently, but i dont know name. Do you compare it with Black miror? Worth it to buy or not? is it worth paying more or you scales or your scales are enough
    So many defective Black Miror scales that you don’t want to pay more than $ 10 at all

      The one in the video is a cheap $10 scale I bought online, no brand. It's ok for basic usage. My complain is that button is not that responsive when I want to start the time. I'm now using the Timemore Black Mirror Nano

      @@HomeBaristaCorner Where did you buy the cheap $10 scale? I want more scales, but currently I also have oneTimemore Black Mirror Nano (which is not cheap :)). I do not want to splurge on more scales. I may need 2 more to practice brewing 3 coffees with 3 V60s. Basic kitchen scales do not have the coffee brewing sensitivity, and no timer function.

    you added to much agitation to the coffee bed at the end. which resulted in clogging and a too long draw down..

      which is better for v60 : 1zpresso q2 or timemore c2 ?

    • @Raditram
      @Raditram ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@abd-elrahmanmohamed9839 the new q2 has a good burr, I would probably say it's gonna be better for filter than the timemore. It's definitely more expensive hough

      @@Raditram I read that the old 5 burrs q2 is better consistent grinding for filter than the new 7 burrs but the new is faster

      @Raditram ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@abd-elrahmanmohamed9839 I only have experience with the 47mm burr of the JX Pro so I don't really know. I do know that the old burr is based or at least some people said are a copy of the commandante c40 burr.
