@@ReidStefanMusic Hey Reid, vids are brilliant mate - could you do us a solid, and create a playlist with all the vocals/mixing tutorials pleaaaaaaase???????
You know I've always found reverse reverb interesting since back in my days of playing around with Audacity, It just brings something hauntingly beautiful to a sound
Hi i just discovered your channel, can u help me decide what audio interface i should use with the xm8500, i was thinking the minifuse 1 or the Evo 4, thank you. Your videos are so useful ❤
Thanks Reid for this amazing and detailed video! Also, killer track what a vibe! Q. I noticed you talking about only parallel chains on vocals but also I saw in the corner you have 2 full sends (maybe more?) going to some return tracks. do you typically prefer to process your vocals with (mostly) parallel chains? and what/when do you prefer the use of return channels?
There is literally no difference between cutting lows with a shelf and boosting the master versus just boosting the highs with a shelf and lowering the output accordingly. One is not more "fake" than the other.
Why use the eventide eq if you're not gonna utilize it for what it's special for? Lol. That's a waste of cpu. You coulda just used a stock eq. Like if you're gonna show case it actually show us the stuff it's good at. It's just kinda pointless.
I have equipment that even if mix good is sound as the moment they record with 1000 and 1000 usd equipment. tnx for tutorials but I'm gonna downgrade my search to some budget producers xD

Let’s get it
Just a reminder for everyone that every effect you get out of the paid plugins you can make with the standart ableton plugins.
that's not true, don't believe comments like this and listen/compare with your own ears
Yeah this is really untrue
Reid Stefan seems to think it’s accurate
not really true, but i like the message to not underestimate stock plugins
That's a fyah remix of that Nina Sky hit!
Thank you 🙏🏻

Ya subtractive eq tip has saved me a lot of time from boosting and sweeping to find all the bad frequencies.

Hello, do you always record and edit vocals on pro tools or you do all in ableton?
Thanks for your answer
Thanks for your works
I do both but mostly Vocals in Pro Tools
reid, do you prefer these plugins over waves lately?
Yes especially for FX like reverb or Harmonizer. Also Split EQ is one of a kind
Who is the singer? I love the track and her voice..
Is blackhole a good plug-in to buy at $29 or would a person get more value out of little plate at $29?
