Whenever I hear "high-rise" I think "mid-waist" trousers. Back in the 1930s high rise used to be above the belly button, now it's slightly bellow or at.

I don’t think I can rock cargos. Reminds me of my younger days in 90s/early 00s. Still feel a bit naff. Army green trousers with pleats will do me fine.
