at 39:04 you can take the 2nd and 3rd equation then multiply the 3rd equation by (-2); which will cancel out both y and z, leaving you with the x value!
I searched Google for about an hour finding examples on this topic until I remembered I had TH-cam thanks a lot you've been of great help to me
I had studied the elimination method before, when I was in grade IX! In grade X, we didn’t had to use it much! But, in grade XI, we need to solve the equations out via the elimination method! I’ve come to re emphasis on the same! I’d mention a thanks!

for example, if you have -2y and 4y, how can you cancel them? obviously by making 2 a 4, how can you make the 2 into 4? by multiplying 2x2, if you multiply the 2 then you have to multiply the whole equation as well.

For equations:
y = 0.1x + 0.2
0.3x + 3y = 5.4
At 22:03, did you get 10 from the common multiples?. If so, from which of the two numerals within your equation, did you use to find the common multiple?
No. He multiplied to whole equation to 10 just to eliminate the decimal points. Because it's easier to deal with whole numbers than decimal numbers.
[0.6X + 0.6 = 5.4 ] 10
= 6X + 6 = 54 (Notice here that all the decimal points was moved to the right making everything a whole number)
But it's okay to proceed with the equation skipping that part if you are comfortable with calculating with decimal numbers. It's just an extra step to make the calculations more simple. Still you will be getting the same answer though.

The explanation is very clear and easy to understand. But it's so confusing when you say comma when referring to the coordinates. In my country, we use commas to separate decimal points, so when I listen to you as I'm plotting my graph, I tend to think you're plotting decimal numbers on the graph.
