I love the Valtra the design the ergonomics of the cab and the fact that it has a bigger engine for a little bit more grunt. The John Deere is a close second for me. However since there's no Valtra dealerships in the west part of the United states just on the east coast I'll have to go with John Deere on this one.
if I could buy one of those I would buy johndeer. But becouse I live in finland I still buy Valtra. There is one major reason where you can get parts. Becouse johndeere doesn't have many dealers in finland. But in many ways johndeere is really better when it comes to transmissoin powershift or gearles. Valtras Powershift (versu), powershift(active) and cvt=gearles(direct) are kinda jokes. becouse when you drive case, newholland or deere your tractor does't stop when you change gear going uphill like valtra does. And same thing in gearles transmission in valtra you still have to change gear a, b, c and d. And when it comes to field work deere is on the top. But when it comes to price valtra is cheaper. And valtra is only one who makes their tractors suitable to forest work. You can basacly make your tractor any machine you want it can be forestmachine, wheelloader, ............ and just tractor. In ergonomics those are basacly even. But when it comes in comfort deeres air conditioning is better valtra is always to hot or cold.
