If your attack to win the stage on the last climb or hill? Or in the last 15 km and your alone to try win the stage? You ride on dot? Or what can you do? And on 80 85 effort?

@@theyellowjersey alone without support.. maybe a good idea to win Tour the Flanders and you attack with Van Aert on the last hill and try to stay away from other riders?

@@arnogoossens3990 really depends on the chase group, if they are likely to catch up, I’ll reserve energy and then take the wheel of one of the favorites staying in dot of around 75 and adjusting depending on the gradient

How does baradour actuall effect the rider in the race? I thought it mainly affected the ai and how likely a rider was to attack.

@@GettingGoodatGeoGuessr The Cyanide website states it is the ability to create breakaways (and go it alone, good on flat routes etc).
If that Baroudeur stat is higher that’s the one in most cases, not all depending on the stage profile, I’ll use as the coding may help in the likelihood of my breakaway working.
There hasn’t been any conclusive evidence (that I’ve seen) that it only relates to AI 100% other than what other creators/players have speculated.
If the stat is there - I’ll use it!

@@theyellowjersey Okay you think it might have an effect on how likely other riders are to work with the rider or how likely the peloton is to let them escape? I like that theory, definitely makes sense.
I previously thought it might have something to do with their ability to actually snap the elastic and get separation, but that is acceleration isn't it.
I have a young rider in my current career mode who looks to have good sprint and baradour ratings, which is a curious combination, so I am looking forward to seeing how his career plays out.

@@GettingGoodatGeoGuessr I don’t really think too much into it.
It’s more like a Grand Tour, in The early few stages the Peleton don’t really want to see a breakaway happen.
Though later in a tour when things get more tactical then breakaways can happen more depending on the circumstance.
I really just focus on a rider with good baroudeur stats and a good recovery stat to help to recover after their efforts.
If you’re looking at breaking for a sprint or KOM then a small group of 3 or 4 riders can work, but if you’re looking for a complete stage break then a bigger group is better to help spread the workload

I think PCM in the future need to both Womans & mens cycling available at the start as a season option instead of a separate database later
