I started playing PCM a year or two ago, but had been watching LRCP for longer. At one point I was looking up how to edit stuff in a database editor and jumped a bit when your voice came on in a video!
You can up the difficulty level manually to ~ x1.10, but also really depends on what sort of stage it is for AI to have a bigger stats advantage.

Happy that you are back with carrer mode. As PCM die hard fan, I still wish game got a little more like '06 or '07 version, a bit less micro-management and more simulation. Last version I bought was '22, might give '24 a chance.

While starting my own career I noticed I'm not able to choose Rembe as a team myself. do you know how this comes? it seems like it does just not exist in my game?
I added them to my game but by downloading WorldDB or DBaguette on Steam Workshop you should have them as well.
Facilities seems like a good feature … scaling make sense but it should be unequal in a sense. Rich teams can afford more irl
I think that's a bug when the crash happened and everyone following stopped. I think in PCM 23 those following would get get set to maintain position during a crash

You could’ve checked PT facilities prices by starting a career with PT team real quick. +2 cobbles for Visma would be so OP.
