SPOILER ALERT I'm probably not the first one to see this but. This level (Rust) had some really good metaphors. Immidiently after the memory with ambulance you enter the part of the level with the machine making loud noises which most likely symbolizes the struggle and how the doctors were trying to save the man's life. Then the last part of the level is the car being crushed by the machine with the alarm getting faster and faster until it stops when the car is crushed. That basically symbolized the man's death. And the trinket you get is a half of a heart too. This game is telling a great story through just some pictures, the world and the music. It's incredible how much heart and passion went into the making of Unravel
It's a beautiful level. The entire game is filled with metaphors - including the entire final level (not the secret one) being one big metaphor. I especially liked (and I honestly can't think of the name) the seventh level, with all the nuclear waste. In my opinion, the memories are the most beautiful part of the game. Thanks for this.
Totally Agreed! In the text of this level are used the same metaphor! The last level with Yarn pushing the lanter through the night and the winds blowing so hard...just beautiful metaphors in this game!
Sometimes I listen to this track when I want to relax and reflect on things. I remember last winter looking outside my window at night while it was snowing and listening to this song. It was such an interesting feeling. This track is my favorite in the whole soundtrack. I'm so glad I played the game.
By God I love your comment so much.I do this sometimes and it just makes me feel better about myself and the things arround me. Gods speed TORchic1, wherever you are.
It took me 4 years to complete this game.....and then 3 days ago i decided to look through my games and apps.....i saw Unravel and clicked on it thinking it would not work.....But in my surprise it did! This game made me SO ANGRY but changed my life showing me how beautiful it is.....Yarny is like the best friend i never had.....And this song still has my mouth dropped open.....and (Spoiler) when Yarny almost died Tears just came running down my face but after he got put back together i was so happy!!!!! I finally beat Unravel and i am glad i did.....Thank you Unravel for showing me what there is to life Thank you Yarny for being there every step of the way! I couldn't have done it with out you!!!!!
@@-.starfilled_galaxy.- If you did eventually get around to it, the main story isn't too difficult. Its completing the levels without dying, completing them within a time limit, the side-missions, and achievement hunting that gave me grief. Really, I would only recommend 100% completing the game if you love Unravel and Yarny, but then again, how can you not?
@Rosyundertaleidk YT I know this is a year later so you probably already played it, but in case you didn’t, it really depends on your skill level and how good you are at this particular game Like personally it didn’t take me nearly as long, same with the second game, though on the second game there’s a lot of bonus levels I have yet to complete since some of those are actually pretty hard
@@-.starfilled_galaxy.- playing the game n feeling the struggle of the last stage is very different then watching a playthrough, trust me if u played the game u'll say other wise
@@RionalX I know i’m 8 months late, i do think that how much is enough, down in a hole and rust are the saddest and most powerful story levels in the game.

And very heart felt. Its nice to listen to music like this 😌
It breaks mine too
Me too it's just so saddening in a way no other music 🎶 peice can be 😔 yet beautiful
This song is so heartbreaking, and the way it gets sadder and colder like the level makes it worse, think of what you have and cherish it please
This breaks my heart :( , but it's also very beautiful. This game made me cry, but it also made me smile :). It changed my life forever.....
so...
how's your life right now?

5 years ago i discovered this music, still listening to it now...
The most soulful and sad yet calming music in the entire game I love the music and the level itself I almost want to cry at what the music portrays
This song makes you think of the past present and future all at the same time, exactly what the game was about.
FAV SOUNDTRACK ON EARTH
*so beatiful......* and emotional!

What a beautiful piece of music....
... so beautiful 1:55
This game speaks to me
Saddest stage in the game...
this is not the final stage where he struggles with the snow storm, this is when u reach the junkyard
I sort of feel sad in this part of the game rather than the final part of the game
@@RionalX Same here, learning about the death of the father was really touching. The metaphores of the level were spot on.

Man, 5 people were crying so hard that they accidentally hit the dislike button! :/
it's been *way* too long since I listened to this
This gives me a serious Life is Strange vibe. Both great games and soundtrack.
str8 up!!!
Knew it sounded familiar but couldnt put my finger on it! Thank you!
4:01 this part is so shattering 💔😔
Amazing music, amazing game
An epilouge.
Firs time i hear this music playing unravel 1 🤧😢
This track reminded me a bit of a song in Amélie. It's called Comptine d'un autre été, check it out if you will, it's also very nostalgic :)
What a great game from EA.
