I live in Chiang Rai and go down to the coast 2-3 times a year. Hua Hin has been my favourite place for a couple of years now with some great places to eat but, Father Teds takes some beating for their breakfasts.

Have had the English breakfast at Father Teds many times . Very nice too. A lot of nearby near Fathers Teds in an indoor complex that stay open till 6am at least .
