I have problem the items from the filtered hoppers dont go into the lower hoppers because they are pointing towards the ice but if I put them so that they point down then they cant be filter locked. Im playing on a server version 1.20.1.

Thx a lot, I at last found a vid with both the item sorters and the loaders tgtr. Also, just for clarification, issit just 40 items or 41 items like regular item sorters? And will this design work for previous versions?
Yes, it works for previous versions (1.14+) You need to put 40 items because the hopper is powered by 2 repeaters, that means 2 ticks delay, so it stops in 40 items and not 41 (the 41 items filters use only 1 repeater, so 1 tick delay)
ive built it like 1o times and it does not work i watched this vid like 5 times and built it exactly how u did but still does not work im very confused cus when the shulker fills up fully it does not break and replace

Sometimes, if the sticky piston on the item sorting side moves too fast, the redstone block may not return, causing the hopper to remain locked.
I can't think of a way to fix it without interfering with the left and right devices.
I've tried many ways to fix this but to no avail.
1. Place an observer (facing the redstone torch) between the redstone torch and the sticky piston at the top.
2. Replace the top redstone torch with an outward facing redstone repeater (maxtick).
(3. Separate the redstone block and sticky piston.)
It's working fine for me so far so give it a try. Please let me know if there is a problem.

Hey kelp, i built this for ianxofour concrete farm, i built these shulker loaders and now when i have a observer Clock with a droppar to drop the concrete, the hopper on the shulker loader can pick a few but then it stops picking up and then i starts picking up again. Do you have a idea? I thought Maybe if I made that the droppar drops 24 at a time but idk, thanks if you reply:)
Sounds like its the case that your farm is too productive in the sense that the hoppers aren't able to cope, they have what its called a cooldown. After pulling and/or pushing items, a hopper waits 4 redstone ticks (0.4 seconds, barring lag) before pulling or pushing again (a transfer rate of 2.5 items per second, barring lag). So you might have to build a few of the sorters in row of the same item in order to avoid that.

why the items are not getting picked by the hoppers?
i have troble with it it just doesn't stop remove'ing it and place'ing it , the time its only there to give only 2 or 3 block before it gets remove'd (HELP)
You might have a regular piston in there somewhere

Very unreliable on version 1.20.4, using it on a small farm but the filters lock in less than 30 min, it really needs a fix
I definitly agree, i spent alot of time building it, i build 13
Modules or 14 for a concrete farm but it always locked and wouldnt work.

This design is unreliable for high output farms.
I found the same thing. I was able to make some modifications to it though to prevent the pistons losing their redstone block and to let you reload a shulker if they run out.
