    *Fall 2024 Update*
After dedicating nearly three weekends of time and removing the front passenger, right rear passenger and left rear passenger door panels, lubricating the insides of the plastic pillar trim pieces, and searching for culprits making noise (special shout out to my Dad for helping, removing and installing the panels isn't an easy one-person job), I'm pleased to say at least 70% of everything I was hearing at the time this video was made is now gone or substantially muffled. HOWEVER, starting around September, there's a really strange and loud creaking noise coming from the front passenger door before and after installing the panel. I searched every inch of the door while the panel was off and could not find a definitive source of where the sound comes from. Fortunately, the sound seems to go away after about five or more minutes of driving and is less likely to be heard in the morning when the temperature is cooler. Whatever the culprit in the door is, it's VERY sensitive to ambient temperature. It was difficult removing the door panels and I never want to have to remove them again, so at this point I'll live with whatever new noises appear 😕
    *Update*
Like I said in the video, I always had an issue with the top rear door padding squeaking, but now there's an annoying rattle in the left rear door that won't go away no matter what I do. There are also some other intermittent rattles around the driver's door. I also hear a rattle coming from the passenger side rocker panel which I discovered is missing 2 clips and another is broken... I like the car itself but I'm really disappointed in the build quality as it relates to squeaks/rattles 😕A 2016 I drove had ZERO squeaks and rattles and it had 80K miles and months later I learned the door panel is designed differently with less plastic pieces having the propensity to make noise.

@@RyanEmeryLovesCars something went wrong a few years ago where the auto manufacturers decided they’re more of a financial institution than a manufacturing institution. I don’t see any movement in them changing course neither. I guess now the choices are always going to be which problems do we choose when picking a new car… like choosing between used cars. Even Toyota, Lexus and Honda have a reliability problem now.

Either the MKZ Reserve or Continental in any trim. Lincoln needs to give us back choice for sedans.

You can adjust suspension response from sport normal or comfort. Press left steering wheel configurations. I think it is driver assist

I've tried that several times and do not notice any difference other than the steering wheel tightness changing. I think it's just the terrible roads where I live. Sometimes when I go over bumps or dips in the road my dash cam locks the video and thinks a collision occurred. Thanks Utah...

I can barely hear your voiceover. I had to strain to hear you. This car is great on long trips, though
