    ~~~~~
    US residents and non-residents who own LLCs in the US can take out money in 2 main ways. One is through distributions (also known as owner's draw) and other is through salary. You can withdraw any amount as distributions. There are no restrictions. However, only LLC elected as a corporation can give salary to its members.
    Now matter how you withdraw money, it is important to plan for the future before making withdrawals.
    What if you established a home based holding company (Ireland) under which the single member llc sat as a subsidiary? Could the pass through income untaxed in USA go into the parent holding company without tax or with just corporation tax?
    Is there any difference with multi member LLC when it comes to Distributions? I mean other than deciding the percentage of ownership.
      It's pretty much the same as a single-member LLC.
    Can I directly registered my LLC in US if I have my own address in US ?
    • @startglobalhq
      @startglobalhq  ปีที่แล้ว
      Yes, for the most part. If it is not a PO box and if there is somebody at the address who can act as a registered agent, you don't even have to get registered agent services. But, if there is nobody at the address, you will have to get a separate registered agent - which isn't that hard, tbh.
      One always needs to maintain a separation between their personal and business money. That is imperative to maintain limited liability. So business' money is separate from personal money.
      However, there are personal bills one needs to pay. So, business needs to pay the individual for their services either as a salary, or a distribution. Our video talks about instances when an individual 'gets paid' from the business. That is the case when money is transferred from business bank account to personal bank account.
