Even Pekora (who's already a great at handling conversations even though she's an introvert) commented in the off collab x-mas stream in Marine's house "damn, it really is great that Subaru-senpai is here". Whenever Subaru is included in a collab, you already have an advantage of 60% and others could easily fill the rest when it comes to conversation and the overall mood of the stream. It's not an exaggeration to say Subaru is Hololive's best moodmaker. As always thanks for the great clips, normally people w/o nihongo jouzu would easily miss this kind of stories between the members. Also Mio is underestimating herself too much, as I've said on other comments Hololive is nothing but Positive vibes all throughout the fandom. The company, the fellow members and even the community is either pushing/pulling the holomems up, everyone always wish for the every talent's success. Polka also really understands our(hololisteners) point of view, and she also knows how to enjoy the holocontent from inside and outside perspective. She really is a true blue otaku, even Subaru felt like an alien when she watched a male idol anime movie w/ Polka and one of her friend. The newbie anime fan duck bought popcorn and hotdog set on a male idol anime movie where everyone but her was waving their penlights, chanting on cues, and donning their exclusive merch, Polka was not an exception. Lmao, Subaru's clueless reaction was too hilarious.
Love that you pointed the subaru thing out. She really does feel like the unspoken backbone of every collab she's in. Amidst all of the crazy levels of eccentricity of all the idols/otakus/comedians in the talent pool, HoloJP's own sun still shines over all of them ever so brightly.

Miosha is the equalizer of Gamers. Without her, the group feels scattered. Fubuki, Korone, and Okayu are very different from each other but with Miosha the group finds their common ground.
Mio definitely brings a unique sensibility and warmth to the group, but I think it's a bit discrediting to the other members to say any one person is holding the group together. OkaKoro certainly doesn't need any help with that. And Fubuki is well-known to be one of the JP members easiest to collab and interact with, even among EN and ID members. She just cares so much about everyone in Holo.

Like you said OkaKoro is very strong, but the two of them alone don't make Gamers as a whole, same with Fubuki, she's a great collab partner but again, in Gamers, she needs Mio. Miosha is that one member everyone in the group is close with. I think everyone has that one friend in their circles.
