we always forget the staff don’t we? who’s here after the recent break the silence episode 3? the staff held up the stage which was about to cave in while bts was dancing. ofc we have to laud the boys for their professionalism, but the staff /literally held them up/. i admire them all the time and i think about what a tiresome ride it must be to work as a staff member during events. huge well done to you guys.

I would absolutely never do anything creepy at all, I dont make the people I respect and admire uncomfortable or would even try stalking them. dont even want to see them right now because I would just die and im not confident enough. I just want to support them from my tablet. But if they do come to the country I live in (which they wont) I would like to attend the concert and root for them. That much I will be happy with.And I would like to learn how to speak fluent korean before I meet them because I want to be able to talk to them comfortably without a trlublesome languahe barrier. I not only want to learn korean to talk to bts, I also want to just learn the language because its so interesting to me and speaking it sounds amazing. I also want to learn japanese, maybe chinese, russian, I have already learned spanish and polish now only those are missing.

I really love the story of one fan who saw Namjoon in a public place so she and her friend just walked by humming one of their lesser known songs I dont remember which was it was and he ended up speaking with them briefly. Just as well there’s a clip of Jungkook speaking with fans in a shopping district and they’re telling him to go a certain way since there will be less people. It’s clips like that which make me really happy and really show the proper, respectful way to approach them. Not gathering a mob, just keeping it lowkey and natural.

Thanks so much, that was very interesting! I'm glad that you are so professional and respectful toward the celebrities by not disclosing personal information. My daughter and I were lucky enough to stay at the same hotel as BTS when they came to the US for their Red Bullet Tour. When BTS came through the lobby there were about a dozen other fans there that went running, and screaming, toward them. My daughter and I chose to watch from a distance and just waved when a couple of the boys glanced our way. The hoard of girls followed them to the elevator, and out of our site. But, just a few moments later we got the shock of our lives when three of the boys came back from behind a wall, with big smiles on their faces, and waved at us. I think it was their way of thanking us for giving them some space.

Honestly, it must have been so exhausting. I cannot even imagine working any kind of job inside the Kpop industry ... How do people even manage to not screw up royally all the time, if nobody ever gets sleep, food or rest for months at a time?? O_O

I remember when they arrived at King Khalid international airport, and all the SAUDI Army Kept the distance so no one bothers them, when I say distance I mean 6 to 10 meters away. even when they were leaving the still maintained the long distance so they can be comfortable. tho Saudi are not like the other country this was the first time for many Saudi Armys they were thirsty for them, they trended #1's at SA twt multiple time many days

Mostly those sasaengs who got to know the hotel or got access to the artists where they're staying is mostly got connections or got the infos from the staff in the hotel and it's not free. Mostly these sasaengs are rich
I've been to many diff kpop concerts in and outside in my country and believe me these sasaengs are mostly working by groups and not all sasaengs are "fans"

I think we all understand the desire to see them, but I would never show up to an airport like that and I don’t understand how people can think it’s a good idea. The bigger the crowd, the easier it would be to hide a threat, so you just end up posing a risk to the artist and the general public by acting as a possible smoke screen

*Let me tell u some sad facts* I live in korea for a years. And i have my k-army friends there. They tell me "no one can touch sasaengs. Even if u know if they're sasaeng, u can't do anything abt it. It's not because we don't want to protect our artist from them. It's because,once u written on their blacklist, idk what will happen to ur life. They can do like ANYTHING with ur life. They can do something dangerous to artist, and us?that would be scarier. So,yes that's why sasaengs are still exist. The only thing we can do is waiting for the agency to stop them.

I remember I once saw Jackson walking down the hallway n we even took the same elevator. We didn’t interact n i was late for a meeting so I wasn’t fangirling or anything . When he went out he met Jinyoung . They looked so good in person, i was trying my best to stay calm . ( it’s not that I’m an igot7 but still i was literally sweating, it was so unexpected) . For a moment i was like WHAT DID JUST HAPPEN 😂 but then didn’t give too much thought n went to finish my business.
I can’t say any details of the hotel or the place coz they can go there again .
Also I’m not a sasaeng , even if I wanted to stalk an idol , I don’t have time for that sh*t 😅
This was just 1 of the most blessing coincidences I’ve had . ( tho i wish it was BTS n not em 😂😭)

In conclusion: It's basically chaos managed by staff disturbed by sasaengs and the victims are the artists.
Being an artist is really hard. It requires true passion that’s why I don’t understand why some people undermine artists’ efforts. Some people treat artist like they are just some kind of things to entertain people. Idols deserve more appreciation especially from their own industry, the music industry.Also, I hope those stalkers will soon learn how to respect artist as a person. They’re not just some kind of form of entertainment. They are actual people.

I hope their security continues to get better. As an ARMY I worry for their safety more than anything and would much prefer they be comfortable than for stalker fans to see them in their moments of privacy. It's important not just for BTS but all idols, as well. Thanks for the subtle disclosure, it's a very interesting topic and I'm glad you enjoyed the luxuries from this experience. ^^

This is so cool. I remember my craziest experience was this Artists Ball. It happened in this huge ass hotel. IT WAS CRAZY. We were the styling team for 7 actors & singers oh my god the amount of spontaneous trips I had to do to the nearest mall was insane. Had to change the lenses of the glasses for a glare proof one, buy backup shoes, carry these HUGE BALL GOWNS etc...Imagine Anne Hathaway in Devil Wears Prada walking around New York with boxes of shoes & clothes. The funny thing was that at noon there were tons of people in that hotel too from the other artists team so the elevator was packed. I WENT UP 10 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS ALL DAY BACK & FORTH (i swear to god these artists request so many things) AT ONE POINT I REMOVED MY SHOES JUST TO GO FASTER. The managers for the artists expect u to go from the hotel to the mall & back in like 5 mins 😭 how tf. I was a disheveled mess (still trying to look pretty tho) but I kept going back & forth from different floors, I saw a lot of celebrities I had no time to even process the amount of famous people that I saw lmao. It was a crazy kind of fun at the end of the day u really learn a lot.
Wow! U get my HUGE RESPECT for u & ur team hardworks!! I may not understand all especially ur blood,sweat & tears but i undesrtand a bit coz even to me, doing lots of big events during my universities, was so tiring & exhausted!!! But at the end of the day, it was so much fun & I'd learn a lot of things.

You've worked hard David! Thank you for sharing the experience. And now I know more and be thankful for all the staffs that have been working with them. Like you said earlier, I we want this job..i think I would feel happy if I was able to see them so closely and just be within their existence but I'm not suited for this job at all since I got so much anxiety for meeting people and interacting with them and no stamina at all. It's tiring. I would just gladly be a fan of them supporting them in front of the TV lol. Only time I can get closer with them is during a concert and that's actually enough for me. High fives are...hmm..yeah that would probably be great as well. I'm happy to know that were feeling casual and having fun together talking to each other backstage. Thank you for being respectful and not going into much detail onto what is happening. Again thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much for making this video! It’s so interesting to hear about the inner workings of staffs and how everyone is taken care of. I’m always sad to hear that BTS is too busy to stay for an after party. Just ONCE I’d like for them to be able to relax with other idols and dancers and just interact with others a little. I love BIGHIT but the boys need a break, ESPECIALLY after hearing the MAMA speech this year.:(

It’s crazy to what lengths fans will go to catch a glimpse of these artists. This year I went to a kpop concert and we stayed at a pretty nice hotel but it was directly down the street from the venue so we didn’t think fans would believe any of the boys would stay there. After the show ended there were a lot of girls waiting in the lobby and in the elevators. One girl even asked if I could show her the carpet of my room bc a member had posted a photo in the hotel room. It’s really weird and I’m glad to know that they have security and are well protected from these sasaengs.

I just came across this one and Hats off to you because I have experience what you went through regarding all the procedures and yes it was exhausting. It was an honor to see the actors and performers smiling at you and saying thank you for your hardwork felt like "wow" for someone famous to acknowledge our work as Staff was like a Blessing already. I also worked at a 5star hotel after and experienced booking and checking in celebrities was really an honor. Thank you for this post, I can relate to your experience and I salute you for the hard work you have done during that time. Cheers!!!
