    Good job man. Pure hard work and determination. Hats Off! I see many similar videos but they are not impressive at all. Nothing against those guys. At least they are trying. But it's difficult for me to appreciate someone not fully dedicated to their passion, their craft. Eating whatever you want and plainly bulking up to look all pumped up ain't impressive. Many of these guys can lift heavy weights and become bigger but the fat percentage is also pretty high. A big and round body. They would look much bigger than you but your lean muscle could be much stronger than theirs.
    Vikas, your's is good quality stuff. This takes --> Full dedication to the craft, clean diet, immense hard work, watching videos for hours to learn, reading a lot of material.
    I am a triathlete and have finished 2 IRONMAN 70.3 triathlons in the States. Have been a fitness freak for a long time. Have played several sports throughout my life. I know what it takes to achieve what you have. No short cuts for what you have gained.
    Best wishes Man! Keep up the good work. This is just the beginning. Fitness is a lifestyle! Cheers! :)

      Vikas Choudhary bro. normally main daily nhi karta pushups because kabhi kabhi main office se late ho jata hu isliye kabhi kabhi hi krta hu workout or yeh lga lo 1-2 din reh hi jata hai workout week mein. But main apne arms ki weakness khatam krna chahta hu taki reps ache se lag sake 👍

    Hi brother my abs and chests are un even . Means my left chest is a bit smaller than the other. Also the packs in the abs are not straight lined and the top 2 packs are not perfectly shown fully . What kind of exercise can i do? Please reply bhai ( from kerala)

      Had same problem with chest joined gym and asymmetry of chest was fixed by lifting dumbbells and about the abs I dont think it can be fixed the size,shape and straight line in your case is determined by genetics of your body
