Thanks buddy, basically once the property is completed, taking a mortgage out and releasing equity on the new value once its appreciated, allowing you to free up some cash to buy something else.
Hi What do u think is the best project for investment in dubai right now. I heard about samana lake view and azizi. But i donot know the beat one to invest in.
Azizi doesn’t have the best reputation in the market to be honest, but you shouldn’t have problems renting it. Re-selling for a profit I wouldn’t expect much
Yaa understood that … as i bought another one with damac and difference in services are evident :) Somehow want to get rid of it … may be profits might not be that good
I was looking at purchasing a property in jvc off plan 2 bed apartment but wanted to go with a reputable developer like Binghatti or Ellington, will a budget of 1-1.5 mil AED cover it? Let me know please brother, thank you also I’ll be visiting next month.

Dropping some serious value! 🙏

Great info mate. Would you mind elaborating more on what you mean by releasing equity in your off-plan strategy in 5:25. Cheers.

What would you recomend is the best to buy these days with good roi?

I personally wouldn’t buy into either of those developments, I’d advise looking for a more reputable developer
What would u recomend ?
Thanks!
No problem!
Is there VAT on agent fees?
Yes, my bad I didn’t mention that
Is the 4% government tax split between seller and buyer?
Is that the common practice or does it depend on the specific contract and negotiations?
The 4% tax is paid by the buyer. Not split, and it’s non negotiable as it’s a government tax
Hey … i bought an apartment Amber Azizi … is it good investment and would it be easy to sell it off ?
