    Thanks so much for the clear explanation. However, I was hoping to understand also why after doing this booking arrangement the message, "Needs sending" continues to appear in the upper-right of the appointment box? Please refer to the 3min 55sec frame in your video.

    Awesome! I have a question: I typically add my clients meeting into my calendar during the call so that I don’t forget to do it, so if I were to go back into the scheduler that time slot is no longer available. Is there a way to simply set an appointment in dubsado so that they get the confirmation emails or would I need to go through the process of selecting a meeting time, etc? I mean I could always delete the date in my calendar to open the slot, but sometimes I’m “squeezing” them in and the buffers I’ve set in place won’t allow their time slot to show up. Any suggestions?

    Hello! I'm your new subscriber. I love your tutorial videos about Dubsado and I'm following all your tips because my client and I are new to Dubsado. We embedded our new lead form on our Wix website. I act as a new lead and fill it out. Then I will receive an email to schedule an appointment. Our problem is after picking a date, I will need to fill out the same lead form again. :(
    Is there a way how to remove the same form after scheduling the appointment? Please help:(

      Hi there! So glad you love the videos :) If your process is 1) fill out lead capture first 2) after clients submits lead capture, send appointment scheduled), then you do not need the lead capture form ATTACHED to the scheduler. You already have their info since they have already submitted a contact form. So I’d recommend deleting the form for the scheduler, and making sure you only use that scheduled once a client has reached out. Let me know if that helps!
