    Ok, I'm holing my hands up and accepting that the comment about China was perhaps insensitive. I've made the decision to edit that section of the video (which has been done now).
    The biggest contributing factor for that decision was the comments between each other in the thread. It seems to have been blown out of proportion and people are really taking it personally from both sides.
    To clarify my position - I don't blame anyone for Covid-19. I appreciate everyone is dealing with this in their own way and some are justifiably more sensitive than others. I hoped to lighten the mood but now see it had an adverse effect.
    I wish you all well and hope everyone can stay strong through this, communities are pulling together and it's amazing to see all the good work people are doing. But hate caused by blame or over-defensiveness will only break down what is good about humanity in times of adversity.
    Peace!

      All good. Reasonable people will understand a mistake for what it is, a mistake.

      I agree and think you reacted with class. And in general: thanks for the great exercise instructions, this one in particular and the ones before - I've benefitted loads, and will keep on sharing them!

    I have to say, I’ve been watching your videos for ages and doing nothing with them. This one was brilliant and inspiring though, more than the rest.
    I have always battled with my weight, because I’m slack as f**k. Last night I watched my daughter battle to play with other kids (she’s 11) because she is also over weight. I don’t know how, but I need to get on you program and get my shit together, so I can be a good example and help her. I’m 48. Can I do this?!

    • @Fit4Racing
      @Fit4Racing  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Dude, my heart melts reading this!
      Being a father myself I understand what it means to see your kids struggle and the words you say to help only go so far, what they see you do and the actions you take to inspire them is infinitely more influential on their future.
      Habits are what got you to where you are today, and habits are what you must prioritise to get to where you want to be. Habits are the only way to build long term consistency to actually counts, but most importantly, stay with you so you don’t bounce back.
      Simplify where you can by approaching fitness slowly but regularly, building to daily activity. The same for your food, most of your weight issues are food based and can’t be changed with exercise alone, don’t crash diet but change simple things such as breakfast, eggs or protein only. Once you’ve done that for a couple of weeks (forming habit) take out some sugar here and there and replace it with a satisfying but lower GI option. Over time you’ll find the small changes add up and are sustainable and just mean you’re living your life well and not finding it at chore to sustain.
      What is more uncomfortable for you… staying the way you are or making the changes you need for you AND your daughter? Inaction now only leads one way.

      I want to hear the story of your success and happiness.

      @@Fit4Racing thanks for the very motivational comment. I dropped you a mail, hope it got to you.
      Just eggs for breakfast? Nothing with them. I’ll try whatever at this point.
      Been working on habits with Eliana, and just taking a day at a time, as much as possible.

    do you do all 3 movements in a chain of x3 or x1 set of each ? per 15mins loving this just not been gyming it for around 7 years really rusty n old thank you !!

    • @Fit4Racing
      @Fit4Racing  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Do 45 seconds of 1 movement, rest 15 then move to the next. Do this with all 3 and return back to the first on minute 4. You should work in this style for the full 15 minutes.

    Im with your other viewers. Thanking China was very inappropriate. I can tell, you are a great guy and jokes go too far for all of us or can be taken the way one hadn’t intended, but times like these do require more sensitivity.

      Pupe Johnny if for a second I thought this could be taken as racism or even slightly be taken the wrong way I wouldn’t have said it. “Thank you China” was simply a tongue-in-cheek comment. I love China! Sorry for any offence caused.

      Don’t be so damn sensitive Pupe ! Wtf is wrong with people these days? When someone says something they don’t like it’s automatically racism! I

      Maybe when even a president of one of the biggest countries tries to blame alrdy the chinese people and spreads hate everyday it might be not a good idea to do such a joke. But to know that you might need to be informed...
