20:17 -> it is the other way around. :) red light is lower frequency, blue light is higher. red is slow, blue is fast. It is easy to remember if you think about how red usually means being low on energy. The concept of hue is weird anyways because we perceive a connection between blue and red as purple (and so a rainbow cycle can be created) which is non-existent in terms of the frequency spectrum and only a result of how the cones in our eyes work. Reducing blue light emission from our screen also helps the eyes, I can't confirm the "easier-to-sleep" thing, but definitely less eye strain after long hours of looking at the monitor.
i always remember this by: infrared = "below red" -> red is the lowest frequency part of the visible spectrum ultraviolet = "beyond violet" -> blue is the highest frequency part of the visible spectrum
Some other ways to remember: - psychological: blue light keeps you awake at night; blue light photons are thus energising and also happen to be more energetic - astronomical: 'redshift' is part of how we know the universe is expanding; photons redden (increase in wavelength) as their source moves away from us, just as audio frequencies lower as their source moves away from us (I'm not an expert in physics; I may have worded some of that inaccurately but I believe the principles are right.)
The discussion of what creativity is and if the process defines creativity and all that, it really reminds me of what Mick Gordon talked about in his GDC talk about the Doom 2016 OST. He really stresses one main point, that changing the process changes the outcome. To create a novel, unique creation, you’ll have to use a novel, unique process.

Same and same.

but red cars go faster
@@maxspackman3776 but if red cars see red they slow down... sometimes

Calculating delay times. I'd say that's a new aspect of music theory, or it should be.
