Why did you need a new motherboard? Mine (1997) won't receive open/close transmissions remotely. It now only opens/closes from the button wired thru the wall. Any troubleshooting tips?
Why could you not close the garage door using the remote? That's the exact issue I'm having. I can open using the key pad or the remote. I can only close the door using the wired/wall mounted pad. Is this related to the sensors or something in the mother board, not receiving the signal to close? There is no reaction when I try to close either with the keypad or the remote.It works smoothly with the wall mounted wired pad.

I have this same exact opener but in access master form lol. Same opener but just has a diffrent case and the remotes say access master.

You can close the door with the keypad, just hold the enter button it's just the remote you can't close it with if there's no sensors.

Nice video. Btw, you can run the opener down with the keypad without sensors hooked up. Just enter the code and hold the enter button
