Lira Diocese requires 1.5 billion Uganda Shillings for Bishop's house.

Constructed in 1964 when Lira catholic parish became a diocese, the bishop’s residence was to be used for 30 years.
However, the dilapidated building has exceeded its lifespan by 28 years now.
