🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:00 🌐 *Organizational culture is often described as the glue holding an organization together.*
00:43 🖼️ *Artifacts represent what we see, hear, and feel in an organization, such as symbols and expressions.*
01:34 📜 *Organizational values and beliefs, like mission statements, form the visible layer of the cultural iceberg.*
02:26 🤔 *Underlying assumptions, beneath values and beliefs, are often unspoken and shape the less visible aspects of organizational culture.*
03:14 ⚖️ *Organizational tension may arise when the stated values and beliefs on paper differ from the actual culture within the organization.*

Hi there! The trick is that the video is flipped in post-production!

great video! thank you! I had figured it was flipped, however, there are moments when what you write turns into an animation and moves around on the screen. is it just a large piece of glass or is there a projector?

to compare this issue with an iceberg is so wrong ... it seems if people don't know how to draw a comparison/metaphor, they just use an iceberg.
