Nice informative video.Can you please talk about landlord rights. Cause If tenants stops paying, LTB basically has long backlog, as a result landlord can't evict them.Why would landlord take that risk. Thanks
For units built on the garage, where do the cars park then? If each tenant has a car how does one deal with all the added cars now?😊
It's very site specific. In many cases the cars are on the driveway instead, and sometimes driveways are widened.
