i have these on my 02 vam and they dont stop very good at all....my kcnc angle brakes work much better on my other bike,,,same pads and rims,,,,i thought the direct mount ee brakes would work better,,,but no

The bolt width between the pole TRP brakes and today's direct mount are different. Do these brake only fit the new direct mounts?
what is the name of the tool used to tighten down the "cable mount axle" ? The one that is added on over the torque wrench, THANKS!

Is the adapter to install on smaller frames(Tarmac SL6 for example) still for sale? Part number BEE0166 . Or are there other options?
no, you need to look aftermarket. They no longer produce/make them. You also need the short reach direct mount for the rear brake on SL6

The difficult was the that, during tightening of the cable side of the brak with the torque wrench behind the brake arm 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
