What a beautiful house finally one with a shower for the outside. Excellent price she is well knowledgeable about this house. I think they did a very excellent job on this house. Always need 2 laundry rooms in houses with upstairs, how many ever levels and main level. Unless you put in a elevator for laundry to go up and down with. This is the best property so far with only a few in a little area. Not golf courses and other things.

If this house was about 1 million dollars cheaper and I had the money I would buy it tomorrow. But for that price I could build my own custom home elsewhere exactly how I wanted. But I admit, I really do like this property.

On a solo tour of a home that's open to all agents, he is welcome to point out all the features of the house, both positive and negative.

Hey Chakits, wanted to message you on the side but you don't have a separate button gor that Sir --- let's talk " Shear Walls " now when you mentioned the house being sheared, that is not accurate to say. You have what building code states as a shear wall which means a particular wall is built per design as in studs with a particular called out dimension of plywood thickness and the nailing pattern designed for support in a certain section. Now when when you say that the exterior has plywood as a cover before you install the effis materials ( aka -- foam panels ) to apply the mesh and colored stucco materials that is all together different. Not the house being sheared. Keep up the great job and I do agree that the videos you do with your crew are far better in quality than having another agent explain what is happening. I'm sure that they sre fantastic people -- but at least for me, I enjoy your commentary so much more. And last but not least --- live the longer videos thatcho into depth on the property. If the people that have short attention spans need to fast-forward, by all means let them :) have an amazing week !!!!
