    • @Plantastic12345
      @Plantastic12345  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Theoretically, you may use it, but, you need to adjust the concentration to tissue culture level...

    it is a really good video for beginners. I want to start tissue culture on Banana. please can you inform the required media? i want to purchase ready-made media from himedia company. what should I ask them for that particular material?

    • @Plantastic12345
      @Plantastic12345  ปีที่แล้ว

      I think you could refer to any journals on banana you want, then purchase ready MS media and add the hormone respectively

  • @kralice462

    Is it okay if I prepare 10X macro stock solution with final volume 500ml and instead of halving the weighed salts, I just halve the pipetted stock volume for working solution?

    • @Plantastic12345
      @Plantastic12345  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@kralice462 you can have any X (times) you want, then prepare the volume accordingly…
      As long as you calculate using dilution formula, M1V1=M2V2 correctly, it won’t be an issue ☺️

  • @christinacerda2241
    @christinacerda2241 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    10ml of stock solution @ x100 = 1L of working MS media?

    • @Plantastic12345
      @Plantastic12345  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, if you prepared it at 100x, then you use only 10mL...
      For other concentrations, you need to use dilution formula to calculate~

    Stock solution for 200 ml sir ?

    • @Plantastic12345
      @Plantastic12345  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Prajwal dongare it depends...it can be 1L, 500 mL, or 250mL...please look at 3:17...
      200 ml also possible

    • @prajwaldongare9055
      @prajwaldongare9055 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes sir . Thanks but for greeting 200 ml from what number we should divide. Please help sir?

    • @Plantastic12345
      @Plantastic12345  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Prajwal dongare to prepare 200mL stock, you need to divide the amount of salt needed to prepare stock solutions by 5...
      (1000mL/200mL)= 5
      So divide them by 5
      I do hope you know how to divide based on my examples...
      If there’s still confusion in it, you may use 250mL as stated in this video...it doesn’t make much difference in weight 😉
