    Thanks for this content! As an aspiring Sales Engineer, some truly unique pro-tips are great to hear! Who would have thought that a mouse would make so much difference! It's likely the difference between making the sale or not in a notable number of presentations!

    I'm trying to purchase a copy of Johns book for Sales Engineers but the cheapest I can find it is £65 on Amazon. Is it really this expensive or can I find it cheaper elsewhere?

      I would suggest a wider search on the web. I found eBay second hand books cheaper (£19) and AbeBooks.co.uk (since you quoted in GBP) around £23.
      MTS web page suggests these book locations, which are a little cheaper than the price you quoted:
