    That was a really fun video idea! It’s great with having everything documented you really get to reflect on the past 😂

    New to your channel. We have full timed for about 2 1/2 years. And would travel for 3-6-9 months at a time before that but always maintained a “home” finally just sold our house. This is our Home.‼️ don’t think I could full time with kids. Hats off to y’all ‼️
    Anyway, if you ever decide to get into a stick&brick again I have a box trailer full of household stuff I’m not sure what to do with. (Just a thought)

    Great tips! Our crew of five is only a bit over a week into being full time and already our clever soap dispensers have started falling off the shower wall 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Drill them in is the same as screwing them in.

    Haha.....fun video....loved it. I try stuff all of the time both at home and in the RV that often don't work. Love your look back at the stuff that didn't work!

    Love this!!! Love the idea of going back and looking at old videos and really telling how it is!! This is what really is helpful for people! It is funny how at first you think things are going to be so great like the booth and then as you live in it you start to realize what actually works for you! Thanks so much for sharing great video!!! ✌🏻Maggie and Brandon

    I think it’s helpful because at one point we were thinking about getting that IKEA table but after hearing how heavy it is and that it bounces across the floor now I’ve changed my mind because of your video

      I know! It's crazy. We are still just shy of 2.5 years but over 2 for sure. :) Seems this idea of looking back on what works has been a good one. Thanks for the feedback!

    I have been full-time rving for over 2 months so I know it all. That’s what I think sometimes. I still know nothing. I’m learning very much as I move forward though. It helps when your handy and artistic I guess. I have no expectations until it actually works lol. I don’t give up but it sucks cause we are perfectionist. Doing groceries scares me because I always wonder if they will all fit but my wife is a magician and makes them fit. I like screwing things when ever I can, it makes it more permanent. Like always awesome video!

    We are fulltime and I bought New Norwex bath towels just like you and had the same problem. I returned them and got my money back. I was so disappointed.

    You make it so fun Kristin ♡ LOVE IT. this is the truth- after you have really lived on the road- things that worked when you started just sometimes don't seem to work. Commentary was great!! I loved your 1yr in tour also ♡ I am for screwing in also if you know its going b good to be a long term thing that needs support.

    • @NoOrdinaryPath
      @NoOrdinaryPath  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha! Everyone raves about them. Some of ours have stayed but by and large they just fall off and make me mad at the all the money wasted trying to make them stick when I should have just screwed them into the wall in the first place. haha

    We don't full time but bought the cheap plates and stuff that stays in the rv or should but even the clothes that should be in there all year get taken out after every trip. Lol. We have enough storage for 2. The refrigerator is the only drawback. But we always take too much food. Lol. I save the half gallon ice tea or milk and refill them from a gallon.

    • @NoOrdinaryPath
      @NoOrdinaryPath  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nice! Good hack on the half gallons.

      You bet! While in Phoenix we exclusively boondock, there's so much opportunity for it. Check out the boondocking guide on our website to learn about where we stayed and where to get water and dump: www.noordinarypath.com/boondocking-guide

    norwex- what i do is boil water ina big pot and put them in there with free and clear soap, let them soak over night and then rinse them and let them dry. Never ever had an issue in the 8 yrs I've used norwex. (and I do not sell them either)

    • @NoOrdinaryPath
      @NoOrdinaryPath  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I might have to give them another try. I kept them in a trash bag and they've been there now for 2 years. They always smelled so bad that my other laundry would stink too. I use public laundry rooms and I feel that the residue from previous people might have ruined them. I didn't have a way to boil or strip them. But now we have a true home base and a washer of our own so I might give them another try.

    • @NoOrdinaryPath
      @NoOrdinaryPath  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Also, I wouldn't have a pot big enough - they are bath towels not just the small enviro towels.

    This might be an odd question, so, living/traveling in an RV for work, does this mean the RV is "your home", y'all don't have a home/apt 'on the side'?

    • @NoOrdinaryPath
      @NoOrdinaryPath  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Correct. We would love to find a piece of land or house someday but for now, our RV is it. We do maintain a tax home home in KS for travel nurse purposes but that's a whole different topic. 😊

    What mobile wifi do you guys use or recommend?

  • @americanrambler4972
    @americanrambler4972 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Theory, ideas and cleverness are always cool in the realm of the showroom. But time and real life in the real world has a habit of really ruthlessly sorting out the stuff that just plain works from what just flat out doesn’t. Unfortunately, that learning process can come at with considerable consequences and expense.

    • @NoOrdinaryPath
      @NoOrdinaryPath  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Truth. Some things may work better for people without kiddos. Our kids are hard on things and honestly so are we when we are in a tight space. Everything must have a place and function that makes life EASIER, not more complicated. :) As they say, time will tell. It certainly does!
