On the 5.0s you just need injectors except for 18+ you can run e85 on stock ones since its direct injection. On the GT500s I'm pretty sure you need injectors and a boost a pump since they have 2 fuel pumps
If your Jeep has the 4.7 or hemi its already capable judging from the year it looks to be 07 up my 07 commander limited is if your talking about a different car like guy said it all depends what it is
