Much more like running other cores like one emulating the Sinclair QL in programmable hardware - or a Scramble arcade machine. There are many ports of classic arcade machines executed by that FPGA in the ZX Spectrum Next, it seems.
This has been out on Next for about five years, since Next’s came in 48K cases. The 2024 tag is bogus.
