A nasty hidden problem with these numbers is that if you screw the posts in the numbers and then set them on the drilling template, they don’t match up! Check that and adjust accordingly before drilling! Another problem is deformed threads on the pins and inside the numbers. That causes the threads to bind up, then you put pliers on them, then they snap off! I’ve even had them snap off when running them in with my fingers! If you do them right though, they look great!
Pro tip. Scrap the templates. Put screws into the numbers, line them up how you want them to lay (or float), lightly tap the numbers and that will leave small markers for you to know where to drill. It will all line up. Gently tap the numbers into the drilled holes in the wood. Done
