I just found out about Steven Hayes work and ACT. I have been struggling with social anxiety for a while and I have a great hope act would make me at least be in peace with it if not reduce its impact. I realized almost all my time and effort goes into experimental avoidance. No wonder I feel missing out all the time. I appreciate Steven Hayes and the work he has done through out is life. I hope I can pay it forward.
