I’m going on 7 years post stroke, I agree with a lot of things that you spoke about, but I wanted to add something that has kept me going & not give up on myself is by remaining Hopeful, having hope is a very powerful word that allows me to remain open minded about my own recovery! I was 32 when I suffered mine & I’m as hopeful as I was when I left rehab for home although I haven’t gotten to where I want to be I still believe in myself & keeping patient with yourself is key!, because it’s not easy! Technology is advancing I’m using a good stroke arm device at home that is very innovative & it’s only a matter of time before this tech gets to a new level of advancement for the better of health
@@letstalkstroke I’m using the myomo pro!, and I was just thinking of the other thing that keeps me going is the word vigilant in our recovery, we can talk more about being on the show sometime.
