I love how the mom and daughter respect each other. As in if the question is for the daughter, the daughter answers without the mom jumping in and vise versa. You did a good job parenting Dr. Evas 👏
Rachel is a great moderator asking very relevant questions with alot of grace. Dr Evas has raised her daughter very well. She is affirming yet respectful of her daughter's individuality ❤❤
I went to high school with Nelly and Zelly, and it’s incredible to see how they’ve turned out! Huge kudos to their parents for the amazing job they’ve done raising them. Nelly, I’m so proud of how much you’ve grown! This video has been truly impactful-like many, I struggled a lot during my teenage years, and now I see my younger sister going through similar challenges. Thanks to this video, I’ve gained some great insights to share with her. You have no idea how comforted and reassured I feel after watching this. Thank you Reality check team💕!
Hiya Anna, thank you for the kind feedback and support. I'm glad you feel inspired and hopeful, and hopefully encouraged that the challenge is simply that. Stay strong and motivated.
As a mom of twins who started together but now in different grades ,this episode was for me 🙏🙏🙏 thank you for having Nelly on the show and Bravo Dr Evas
I watched this with my teens and the look on their faces when Dr. Evas said Your success is for you not your parents! It sunk in! I’d never seen them pay that much attention on anything I ask them to watch with me! Also the part where Nelly talks about using failure as an opportunity to rise again, not using opportunity given to them to louse around was a big highlight for them. God bless you ladies🧡
I love how Neliah Atwine is outspoken, humble with a lot of wisdom. She is so cute too. And the message for me is to embrace the uniqueness of one another. Iam a twin as well and I think embracing one anothers strength is key. Well done Dr Evas
Thank you for this conversation. I personally think there is alot of conversations we need to have this year on this channel around parenting and how childhood trauma affects our adult life. I struggled with people pleasing, until i had to do a self search to understand why i was struggling with it - and the answer was in my past - growing up as a first born, being responsible for siblings, trying to please parents and how that affected my relationship with authority. it is so much and i hope Dr can expound more on these issues this year. Thank you
As a person who passionate about learning, relearning and unlearning. This episode has reminded me of Mel Robin' podcast where she hosted her daughter and they discussed so much I picked a leaf and I really like it when I see people helping out to shape the mental growth of others. Thank you Racheal for the questions 😊😊
Thanks for the good message dr Evas and team..all this it's where am passing through with my daughter and I believe we will overcome it.. you have really helped me a lot 🙏🙏
Thanks Dear team at Reality Check...this was meant for me..I'm trying to reconnect with my young sisters in law and this has given me a lot of insight..God bless this channel
