Hello mam.. obligation paper iba Po siya sa affidavit of support and guarantee. For immigration use affidavit of support and guarantee Po ung hinahanap ng nila but you can still try to travel mam hindi naman lahat ng immigration officer strickto. Salamat

The formal obligation was taken last may 29th, 2024 yet the date that was putted or the expected date in the formal obligation was August 1, yet we're applying for the month of September due to time shortage. So is it possible still? Or the dates in my requirements should all match. People are saying that the FO expected date of my arrival should also match in the date where i am applying for the visa so you won't all get confused about the dates. Hope to hear from you again.
Hello, I didn't understand one thing clearly. Is the Verpflichtungserklärung sufficient for the immigration officers? My fiancé already has Visa but did get offloaded last time because she couldn't get cfo appointment in time. Now we are worried that the Verpflichtungserklärung is not enough. She got a checklist where it says Avidavid of Support notarized by embassy is needed. Thanks for a rwply🙂
Hello, this Video was uploaded year 2022 where in Philippines Immigration still accept verpflichtungserklärung or obligation paper with the absence of affidavit of Support from Philippines Embassy. Year 2023, guidelines changed and I mentioned in my new blog that Philippines Immigration replace verpflichtungserklärung and rather traveler's are required to present Affidavit of support authenticated in Philippines Embassy in Germany, failure to submit the said documents will lead to "offloading". Hello sis, yes po though you have Verpflichtungserklärung and affidavit of support , having your own Bank certificate and statement is must po. Formal Obligation should not be 6 months old prior to the date of your application. You can still use it but not later than September. Salamat
