Well, this has been the story of my life for many years! I so needed this message today! It affirmed everything that I have been feeling. The pessimism sneaks in when we are not aware of it. It happens to many who have been on their spiritual path for a long time. When it rears its head, it causes a major setback. It drains so much energy. What incredible insight, Michèle! Visionary! The transition coupled with emotions hit consistently until I experienced a strong shift a week and a half into May. Sharing with others, as you well know, has been a game changer. We don’t need to carry these heavy loads alone. Knowing we are all shoulder to shoulder, daily, getting one foot in front of the other, has been so encouraging and empowering!
Connecting to our higher powers and friends always has made such a difference! Asking for their help and then receiving it has been such an incredible privilege! Connecting with our hearts and minds for that amazing cohesion has been so very rewarding! Exercise has been such a revelation! The forward movement along with an altered state of mind has invigorated the meditation with action. This has helped confront things I’ve been putting off at full speed ahead! Now those things keep coming and confronting them has become easier and easier! Now exercise and mindfulness are a combined discipline in this effective effort! Thank you very much. I’m not in a good mood last time, it goes up and down. I can’t share my spiritual view on life, for most people don’t believe it. Even my husband, who I love, don’t believe in a after life.
It takes a while to find our spiritual-soul family. It was the same for me for a but now I am surrounded by my beautiful soul family, full of amazing friends and healers. My ex is an atheist but he has a huge heart and he always fully respected my beliefs, so I respected his too. What matters is your love for him. 💗💞🙏💞💗
