That's what i just was thinking about... American one is not even close to what he used in a video. It is very easy To make your own almond milk but it will cost like 3 to 5 times more expensive than from the store..
If anyone is going by (or at least trying to and hoping for the best) by US measurements, then I suggest that you go with: 1/2-3/4 c mashed banana (1&1/2-2 whole bananas) and 2 c (or more depending on how much you need to get that bread dough texture like in the video). For the rest of the measurements, those are relatively easy enough to look up the conversions online and guesstimate if necessary. And I suggest that you cook the bread on the middle rack for the first 30-35 min and then move it to the bottom rack right over the heat (not the broiler!) for the rest of the time so that the bottom cooks evenly as well. and for the last 5 min, if you want to brown the top a little more, you could add a mixture of equal parts water and some kind of liquid sweetener (maple, agave, simple syrup) and brush on top.
I just tried this recipe tonight and it was totally amazing. The bread was very moisture and soft and of course, it tasted delicious. Thank you so much for this recipe, I can't wait to watch your new video.

I bake it in Muffinsmould and they were sooo awesome...my first Bananabread-muffins :-D But i took wholespelt flour and oats instead of normal flour and ricesirup as sweetener plus an extra 1tsp. Cylon-cinnamon... It works 100%, the combination of walnuts, bananas and cinnamon was soooo delicious, perfekt! THANK YOU

Nguyen Thuc Quyen I use either macadamia oil or light extra virgin olive oil, or any oil that does not have too much flavour.

M M just weigh the ingredients like he is and don't screw with cups. it's 100x easier!

Given that the Japanese almond mylk is more like heavy cream, I chose to use Trader Joe's soy creamer and it worked a charm!!

私は米粉豆乳で焼きました。結論から言うと、生地が非常にゆるく、焼き上がりも緩いままの状態でした。
それを改善するために、まずは米粉を足しました、どれくらいの量は計っていません、目安はりょうやさんの動画のような生地になるまで。^^
更に、私の焼き型はiwakiの耐熱ガラスなので、恐らく金属より熱伝導率は弱いと思うので10度温度を上げて、190度で45分焼きました。(でもガラスの後片付けは超楽なので、悪くないと思います。)
結果はうまく行きました~!
りょうやさんの動画にはお好きな粉、お好きなミルクを使ってくださいとありますが、もし生地が緩いようでしたら、粉を足したりしてレシピをすこし変えても良いと思います。

こんにちは。この動画で勉強して二回作ってみたのですが、オーブンに入れる前の生地がねっとりしてしまって、こんな風にさっくりいかなくて困っています。さっくりしないから、焼き上がりもさっくりでなくどっしりになってしまいます。こんな風にさっくりするには何か秘訣があるのでしょうか。私はオイルをエクストラバージンオリーブオイルでつくりました。ミルクは豆乳で、ほかは同じです。何かアドバイスがあればお願いします
