- Today we add the @adventure2073 C10 wide body fender flares to our gray SCX24!

The price of the wide body kit is $21.50 with free shipping within the US, plus a 10% discount when ordering multiple sets. These flares are printed with Voxelab ABS-like resin. Comes removed from the supports and unfinished.
Resin is UV sensitive and should be painted before prolonged exposure to sunlight.

I wish somebody made an ifs kit for these. With these fenders the c10 would be a sweet micro pre runner.

Maybe we could paint it all black… I Donno. I’m not the biggest fan of painting lexan on the outside…. But mayyybe. Only issue is we lose the stickers since they were already on the body.

Hi long story short unfortunately last year I had a car accident and I have traumatic brain injury. That does not stop me whatsoever from keeping it real with the RC's and I build my butt off and I try to do everything that I can with out cash because I haven't collected anything yet. So that gets me just making parts. I'm going to stop yapping now cuz that's what I do however let me know if you're interested and I'll send you pictures

more of a fast truck kind of thing. I really want to build a trophy truck style with ifs and a fms rear axle. and that body with the flares is a perfect look.

These look fantastic. Makes me wish 'someone' made a Toyota body for the SCX24 and/or TRX4m, and that Adventure 207 RC made wide body fenders for the Toyota. Although I (and others, I'm certain) would prefer an FJ-40, almost any Toyota 4x4 would be great. I won't be getting the C10, but even the C10 looks better with these on it. 🤙🏼
I too would love a well scaled and properly proportioned third gen Tacoma body (since I’ve got a 1:1) and an FJ40. Unfortunately those are both beyond my CAD abilities, but I know there are people out there that could make it happen!

Why didn't they just print them in black? Also, why not add material on the back side with dedicated, countersunk mounting points? I like what they're trying to do, but a few small tweaks and these would be even better!
That could certainly be done, however they would still need to be painted as the resin is UV sensitive and prolonged exposure to sunlight, even indirectly inside your house will lead to over curing and brittle parts. Learned that lesson the hard way. As such it is more financially feasible to print everything in the gray that I use for all of my stuff rather than stock a bunch of colors on the off chance someone might order it. This resin does have a shelf life after all, and changing colors between orders adds time to the process as the printer needs to be thoroughly cleaned when changing colors. As to your other question, I initially designed this way for my own use and only started selling them months later after dozens of people asked me too. By that point the original design file had been lost to a software issue, (everything gets backed up now) and it’s hard to modify an STL file. Also selling them non drilled leaves the option to glue on with something like E6000, which stays flexible and allows the fender to be ripped off rather than broken if the body should get hit hard. Glueing is also a less permanent option depending on how you trim the lexan underneath. Any future fender flare kits I do plan to offer either way, though hardware may or may not be included depending on whether or not I can find an affordable bulk supplier, and may try to find a way to offer these pre drilled as well. @@adventure2073 Thanks for the insight. I really like the look of them. The overall design is very good, just my recommendations on making them even better. Maybe clear coat them after curing, as they'll be sanded anyhow.
207 makes some nice accessories I like the look of his ugly truggy too.

That’s how I paint stuff, I use toothpicks and a cardboard box. Stick the toothpicks in the cardboard boxAnd away you go
