You're entitled to your opinion. I disagree with what you call the saddle turkey or as we call it by its anatomical name the Sella turcica. If you don't like the content look elsewhere, maybe you'll like it better.

側面像はトルコ鞍が重なるのが良いとされ私は入射点にはかなりこだわっているが、見ていて雑な中心点の合わせ方だなと思う。この撮影法ではそれは望めない入射点は間違っている。Caldwell MethodでもP-Aで撮影する。日本では目の被爆を減らすためP-Aで撮影するのが基本だ。CTが開発されてから日本では頭部撮影は激減した。Caldwell Method、Water Method、頬骨撮影としてTowne Methodがあるくらい。後、耳鼻科的撮影法は多く残ってる。特殊な整形的な方法も残ってる。
