For LPO - we see right interaverterbal foramen ? Correct ?
For RPO - we see Left interaverterbral foramen

EAM stands for External auditory meatus.
You are correct on Posterior obliques? we visualize the upside intervertebral foramen. So LPO visualizes Right foramen.
