@@chrispoole8630 it’s pretty rough to play for sure, it’s the primary reason I don’t mainrace Terran lul. But I love watching it, especially the long split map games. It has an intense positional aspect to it that is totally unique to TvT
Some of them are fun. In general though I just kind of find them boring. It's really not even fun watching two mech armies fighting so even if there's a lot of action it still can be boring. The mirror matchups in general are just MUCH less enjoyable.
I like how Soma looks happier with his mask on than without. He's actually the next JD, from some angles he even looks like JD when he presses his lips together lol. Definitely cheering for him until real JD comes back from the military.
Mong has more experience than Barracks? I remember Barracks being on my FPL in 2010, and the only CJ Terrans I remember in Proleague were Leta and Skyhigh. Mong definitely played a ton post-KeSPA though :P
They’re talking Tournament Experience, when it comes to ‘pro-circuit’ matches (like ASL, KCM, even the older Pro-league and etc) BarrackS took that basically 6 year break from StarCraft 1&2 so he’s been in just over 100 games in his career whereas Mong has been in over 450.
ASL can you guys please bring back costumes for the players like in the old school days... maybe combine it with AR and Unreal Engine... Wouldnt it be cool if both players went into a cockpit and battled like anime characters?
The first game was a zed vee zed. Zed vee zed is the best matchup. I also like zed vee ted and zed vee ped. But there is twice the number of zed in zed vee zed!
Why do Terrans constatnly drop behind the mineral line 'ONLY', perhaps others see the utility in using all of the spider mines or keeping 1 or 2... but then dropping and YES you could get surrounded, but if they EVER defend with sieged siege tanks then they are losing perhaps a dozen S.C.V.s or more rather than 3 or 4. It might require a tit-bit more micro 'potentially', but it would pay for itself with 2 different drops, 1-2 siege tanks doing splash damage on their own S.C.V.s leading to plenty of kills.
So I've been hearing this for a long time and I always wonder why exactly hitting the muta on the bottom with an irradiate changes anything? Doesn't the Zerg just select his mutas, click on the irradiated icon and move it away? What diference does it makes which one you hit? I mean those mutas HAVE to be in a control group, right?
If you click in the middle of the stack to irradiate, it's very likely that zerg player will deselect that one first and get it out fast. By clicking towards the edge of the stack, you might get one on the bottom because their sprite is sticking out a little bit, thus making it much harder to separate, they take more damage, etc. There is no "irradiated" icon, so all you have is what you see in the screen and you have split them up manually until you can figure out which one it is. Top players will often use another 2 hotkeys with a few mutas deselected each just to separate faster. So if all 11 mutas are on #1 (with overlord), #2 would 7 of those 11, #3 would 4 of those 7.

it's pretty well established that eating after 10pm is disadvantageous. The body's metabolism is pretty well synced with the sunrise/sunset, and metabolism goes down in the evening.
40:29 was some of the worst observer control :/. Missed seeing 2 crucial tanks of Mongs die (Or one?). Then the follow up with the minimap disabled to see where the vultures n dropships went.

I'm just too eager to watch the games, and since Scan and Nyoken do an English cast as they drop on AfreecaTV, I can't wait like 3 extra days without a sneak peak :) I would just love for Tastosis to do the same thing, but I get people enjoy the subtitles for interviews and stuff. I just wish they'd get it all done a couple of days quicker... I just feel like there's too many people involved before it can be uploaded to this channel, and that's an issue!
The main reason mutalisks are unusually resilient against goliaths is that they are small, while nearly all other air units are large, so they resist explosive damage by 50%. They are basically twice as good as every other air unit vs. gols.

That Mong vs Barracks TvT was INSANE! I was kinda surprised at how underwhelmed the Tastosis cast was in reacting to it.
It was surprising how long Mong kept holding out despite being down in mining bases for so long. Was a pretty good TvT.
Really? They called the winner early on. Just took 30 minutes to confirm cuz TvT. All TvTs are boring and too long.
