Unexpected massages, long hugs or extra kisses are sometimes all I need to pull me out of a slump. I think as woman we can tend to spread ourselves thin and don't expect anything in return. Sometimes it's as simple as having a loved one hold space for you to help you physically, mentally, and emotionally take a load off. We also need to feel cared for, loved, and nourished especially in those times, its important to hold ourselves to a standard but also to be gentle with ourselves as well! Thanks for sharing this video. ❤
I’m one week postpartum with my second and have a two year old at home. I felt this!! Thank you so much for being so vulnerable in talking about this, it made me feel a whole lot less lonely ❤️
Oh, how well I understand, I'm not a mom, but older parents are not easy either, I don't but I could stay in bed all day sometimes. It's very very easy to get glued to the phone. Good, solid advice, congrats 😊
I would find a routine you enjoy, it doesn’t have to be a big thing like full make up and hair. Just maybe when you brush your teeth or put on deodorant taking a second to put your hair up or change out of the clothes you slept in! Simple is best when trying to build a new routine
I can identify with this SO MUCH! Thank you for sharing and being vulnerable.
You are so real for this!! I didn’t know other moms feel this way too. ❤️
I'm glad you felt seen! ❤️
I felt like you were speaking right to me! Thank you so much, I can relate to all of it.
I'm glad it resonated with you 🤎

I’d love your tips on getting ready everyday. I know it makes a huge difference but I can’t seem to stay consistent with it!
